Double Rail Display

Coming in 3.1: double silver rail instead of single brown wire!

This is the first step toward a module to analyze electrical conductivity and plan block wiring schemes.  Rail display is being released in 3.1; wiring features will come in 3.2.

Old style: track lines only

New style: two rails

Combo style: track plus rails
