Mac products do not contain screen saver. Upgrade + Premium is for licensed users wanting to upgrade and obtain the Premium Layouts & Cars at the same time. For Windows it is the only upgrade available for users of 2.25 and earlier. The free Win upgrade is for licensed users of any 3.x product. We search the order list and send you the upgrade appropriate to your previous purchase(s). The free demo is for anyone. It provides all features of TrainPlayer and most of TrackLayer. Trial period is unlimited.

TP	TrainPlayer	Software for building, editing, and operating trains. Full set of features for driving, coupling and uncoupling trains, throwing switches, rotating turntables, customizing cars. TL	TrackLayer	Add-on software for creating track and layout features. Start with a diagram or scan, or a blank screen; draw straight track, curves, switches, turntables, helices. Sketch your own track plan and experiment with operation before you build. Modify existing plans to fit your space or to enhance operation.
101	101 Track Plans	Every layout from Linn Westcott's best-selling 101 Track Plans for Model Railroaders, photographically reproduced, fully tracked and ready to run. Linn's comments are included with all layouts. Plans of all sizes and shapes, a great resource for railroad ideas.
PR	Premium Layouts	A large collection of top-quality layouts and car collections, produced by professional artists specifically for TrainPlayer use. Includes over fifty real-world train centers built on satellite photos, a beautfiful collection of original layouts from Peter Lloyd-Lee, and a set of our best user-submitted layouts reworked with dramatic scenery by Nicolas Villarreal.
SS	Screen Saver	A unique, highly watchable, interactive screen saver. A train travels randomly through all the layouts in your collection, with keyboard commands for changing speed, direction, view settings, and more. The more layouts you download, the more varied the show. Included with all purchased products.

What We Sell: We offer two basic products: a program, and a set of layouts and cars. The program is TrainPlayer, a system for operating and managing trains on prepared layouts. For an extra charge, it includes TrackLayer, a set of tools for building track. Deluxe versions include all the layouts from 101 Track Plans for Model Railroaders, the classic book by Linn Westcott. Premium versions include all 101 plus a large new set of original cars and scenic layouts.

All products include: TrainPlayer, the core program; the TrainPlayer Screen Saver (Windows only), a casual ride through your entire layout collection; several classic Linn Westcott layouts; access to a larger collection of layouts and cars on the web; and a complete user manual in PDF format.

System Requirements: Windows NT4 / 2000 / XP / Vista; Mac OS X 10.4 and above. Disk: 30MB for basic system, up to 300 MB if all layouts are downloaded. RAM: 256K minimum. Access to purchased layouts and car collections requires Internet connection.

All products are available for immediate download, or on CD, shipped by U.S. Mail.
